The purpose of the Arts Council is to develop, promote, support, and sponsor the fine, applied and performing arts and humanities, as well as, performances, exhibitions, and activities involving the same.  The Council shall provide free quality artistic programs, whenever possible, to enhance the lives of our patrons regardless of economic and geographical limitations.

Theresa Sacket

PCAHC Executive Director
Theresa Sacket has been the Executive Director of the Ponca City Arts and Humanities Council since February 2024. Theresa is responsible for scheduling artists and exhibits, writing grant requests and overseeing all areas of administration and budgeting of the PCA&H Council. Under Theresa's leadership, PCA&H Council will continue to deliver amazing programming to the citizens of Ponca City at no charge. When asked about why she is passionate about her job, she says:

"I love Ponca City and I love the arts!  Being able to serve in a role that brings more opportunities to our citizens is something I feel honored to do.  We have a great board, and as a team we will continue to invest our time and energy into bringing wonderful opportunities to enrich the arts and culture in the place we all proudly call home. "
