The purpose of the Arts Council is to develop, promote, support, and sponsor the fine, applied and performing arts and humanities, as well as, performances, exhibitions, and activities involving the same.  The Council shall provide free quality artistic programs, whenever possible, to enhance the lives of our patrons regardless of economic and geographical limitations. 

Please be very specific in your grant about how your grant will help fulfill the mission of the Ponca City Arts and Humanities Council.
